Covid 19 update

Covid 19 update

Bryce McAllister

Thank you all for supporting Hoppers Houses. We wanted to update how we are addressing the Covid 19 concerns. During this state mandated “Stay Home” order.

We are happy to announce that we are taking personal use inflatable reservations. You will be required to sign a waiver that only members in your house hold will use the inflatable. We are giving a 20% discount on weekday rentals

Our employees have all been trained in the proper sanitizing procedures for rental items.

Each item that is rented we have used sanitizing products that are approved for Covid 19.

Each day employees with complete health screening.

All event rentals will be “Contactless Delivery”. Prior to rentals going out our event scheduler will get all waivers signed and communicate the set up locations or where items will be dropped off.

We have been in contact with local business and health care providers for temporary structures as our economy gets back on its feet.

We have adjusted our rental deposit requirements. Any events that were booked for April 1st through July 1st are eligible for a deposit refund (less credit card processing fees).

With that in mind, we are asking those that want to cancel to please consider keeping your deposit as a credit for a future stay instead of  taking a refund. This would be incredibly helpful to us as a small community businesses.

Hoppers Houses is committed to serving the Dexter community and helping us all get through this tough time. We are very proud to have local High School and College employees on our crews. Each one of them is looking forward to helping us all get back to enjoying the summer.

We are keeping up to date with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the State of Michigan  (including ‘steps to prevent illness’ – https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/prevention.html).

We are asking anyone who has developed symptoms to follow the CDC’s instructions.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow guidance from national, state and local authorities on appropriate next steps that need to be implemented.

Thank you!
